Carrier specifics

Manifests

When using Asendia as a carrier you MUST send them a manifest containing all the shipments you want the carrier to transport.

The posting_hub_address you will have to send us within the manifest will be provided to you by Asendia.

Additionally you will have to print the manifest and provide it to the carrier person picking up the shipments.

Requirements

These global requirements apply to every call when using the carrier Asendia:

  • You'll have to use your own contract with the carrier
  • Sender and recipient have to be located in different countries.

Services

e-Paq Standard Economy

The service "e-Paq Standard Economy" is a standard service without tracking and without modifier to speed up shipping time for less urgent cross-border shipments.

Additional requirements (see global requirements):

  • Only applicable for shipments up to 2,000g
  • Maximum dimensions: longest side 600mm, length + width + thickness combined 900mm

e-Paq Standard Priority

The service "e-Paq Standard Priority" is a standard service without tracking and with the modifier "Priority" to speed up the shipping time for more urgent cross-border shipments.

Additional requirements (see global requirements):

  • Only applicable for shipments up to 2,000g
  • Maximum dimensions: longest side 600mm, length + width + thickness combined 900mm

The most basic package type for shipping parcels there is.

Additional services

Bonus tracking

When using the additional service bonus tracking you will get a milestone based tracking of the shipment. This means that tracking will stop upon entry of the destination country.

Customs declaration

If you want to send a shipment to a country where a customs declaration is necessary you can specify this the following way. Detailed information about the parameters can be found in our documentation of creating a shipment.

Requirements:

  • customs_declaration.currency can be one of the following: DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, NOK, SEK, SGD, USD

Requirements:

  • incoterm can be dap, ddp, or ddu
